These terms govern purchases made in this store. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

Products and prices

Prices are shown in euros (or your local currency, if available), including taxes where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices and discontinue products. Promotions (e.g. 3x2) are temporary and may change or end without notice.

Purchase process

You'll receive a confirmation email after placing your order. The contract is considered final once we send that confirmation. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we'll let you know and refund the corresponding amount.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of purchase.

Shipping

• We ship to Spain, Germany, Bulgaria, the UK, the US, Canada, Australia and Singapore. Available destinations are shown at checkout.
• Free shipping on all orders and to all destinations.
• Estimated delivery: 10 to 20 business days from order confirmation.
• Shipments outside the European Union (for example the UK, the US, Canada, Australia and Singapore) may be subject to customs duties or import taxes under local regulations; in that case, they're the customer's responsibility.

Returns

You have 15 days from receipt to request a return. See our Refund policy for the process.

Warranty

Products carry the legal warranty of conformity under EU consumer regulations.

Governing law
